smooth, floral and buttery with a mild nuttiness
Tie Kuan Yin is a much-loved classic: a lightly oxidised, rolled Wolong tea from Anxi county, Fujian. It's named after Guan Yin, an East Asian bodhisattva of compassion. The Chinese name Guanyin, short for Guanshiyin, means "The One Who Perceives the Sounds of the World". Take the time to enjoy this one, sip by sip, savouring its complex aroma and taste.
