smooth, floral and buttery with a mild nuttiness
Tie Kuan Yin is a much loved classic: a lightly oxidised, rolled Wolong tea from Anxi county, Fujian. It's named after Guan Yin, an East Asian bodhisattva of compassion. The Chinese name Guanyin, short for Guanshiyin, means "[The One Who] Perceives the Sounds of the World". Take the time to enjoy this one, sip by sip, savouring it's complex aroma and taste.
