Honeybush herbal tea with warming chai spices. Similar to rooibos, honeybush is enjoyed in South Africa for overall wellness. It's high in anti-oxidants, and as the name suggests, has a honey-like sweetness. In India, chai is drunk after a meal as the spices have cleansing and digestion promoting properties. Fiery ginger root, sweet cinnamon, and spicy cloves and anise star with calming nutmeg create a delicious, caffeine free chai; perfect for a relaxing evening treat. Tastes great with or without milk.
