COLLECTION IN MANCHESTER
If you are based locally, you can collect your order in person in South Manchester on Saturday 21st December and Sunday 22nd December (M16 9QG). Enter the code 'COLLECTION' at the checkout to avoid being charged for delivery. Send an email to email@example.com to arrange collection and recieve the full address.
The deadline for pre-christmas delivery has passed. You can collect in Manchester.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 72 hours of receiving the order. However, on occasion it may take a little longer as we blend in very small batches to ensure freshness. If you have ordered an item that may be delayed or is no longer available, we will notify you via email, and you will have the option to wait a little longer, choose another product, or receive a refund.
We use Royal Mail Standard Second-Class service to dispatch all our orders. Current delivery time after dispatch is 1 - 3 working days.
Standard postal orders for loose leaf tea are charged at £2.50 per order.
Standard postal orders which include tea brewing tools and tea ware are charged at £3.95 per order due to their larger weight and/or size.
We ship to Europe and Worldwide using Royal Mail International Standard Delivery.
Delivery Times and Prices:
· We aim to deliver to Europe in 5 to 7 working days after dispatch (£4.95)
· We aim to deliver to the rest of the world in 7 to 10 working days after dispatch (£6.95)
Please take into consideration the extra time it takes for orders to be processed through customs whilst placing an order.

Please note that we are unable ship any tea brewing tools or tea ware internationally currently.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope that you are happy with your order, however if you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging, sealed and unused.
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any product which has been used or opened.
Unfortunately, postage is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to deduct from the reimbursement any loss in value and/or quantity.
Once we receive your returned goods, Tea Mandala will make a refund of eligible returns, less delivery costs. To do so we may need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way to arrange a return is to contact us here or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with a brief description of your case, and your contact details.
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Tea Mandala is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
In the unfortunate event that your products are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately or within 14 days of deliveryhere or via email at email@example.com so we can we can follow it up and/or arrange a replacement or refund.
